2012 Annual Meeting & Expo

We are still accepting vendor and swap meet applications as well as silent auction donations. All applications must be scanned and emailed to communications@mmba.org by Friday, January 27, 2012.

We've got quite a few swap meet applications so far. Maybe we'll bypass the expo in favor of a giant swap meet next year.

I'm looking for volunteers: some to help set up, some to run the silent auction, and some possibly for whatever else I might come up with.

In reference to the post from boomermsu and to clarify, this meeting does take place on Sunday the 29th, 2012 not Saturday, correct ? Hate for anyone to drive a long distance only to find out that it was on a different day !!

Are there usually complete bikes at this thing? New or used? Or is it more just pieces and parts at the expo/swap meet?

Saw quite a few brand new and used complete bikes for sale from bike shops and individual sellers last year. No telling what will be there this year but I imagine it will probably be about the same.
