For the past couple years, I've been interested in the Hogbacks Area as a potential MTB opportunity. I'd like to get some "wheels" under this, and hopefully make some progress.
What I'm looking for is someone who lives in Genesee county, has some time to dedicate to this, and has the interest. I myself live in Lapeer County, and feel that the Genesee County parks board would take a county resident more seriously. (note that the Hogbacks straddles the county line, but is managed by Genesee County Parks)
