Based on the slant, looks like they want more trails opened to ORV's. They think they will fund that mission with a non-motorized vehicle ORV license.
Can't wait to share the Poto with horses, turkeys, deer, hunters, snowmobiles, XC skiers, snowshoers, motorcycles, sleds pulled by dogs, quad runners, hikers, off leash dogs and runners when there is one inch of snow on the ground. I said I have no issues with sharing the trail
