The Ruby 50 IS Gravel roads & fun single track + biking friends + New pint glass + post race Pizzas + prize drawings = Good times this Sunday @ Ruby Campground. Please support this NEW event in the Michigan Cup Endurance Series. Any one doing the Dbl this weekend? (Maybury & Ruby 50) I will offer NO (late fee $5) to any riders showing THEIR Maybury race #. This is my ONLY sunday endurance race and I did that NOT to compete with the MMBA CPS series. No $5 parking fee @ Ruby for this event as well.

Happy Trails, Brent

I know a few riders planning to do the double and make a great weekend out of it all. Thank You Brent for making the financial gesture!

doing the double! leaving from Novi tomorrow morning - PM if you want to carpool

Brent, roughly how many people have registered? anyone in Men Solo 19-29?
also, regarding points for the series, I'm guessing this counts as a "full race"?

can someone please confirm the depth of the creek crossings? This will influence which bike I bring, as I'd rather not submerge my Lefty, and I don't want to dismount/carry 10 times.

thanks!

Ruby 50 was a blast!! It was a fun trail/race with x 10 river crossing with some fun single track on the ridge. Loop system on endu is always hard mentally . Gravel road part of the race was the one the wear me out than the single track part. And that white poodle dog on the gravel road made me pedal faster. Thanks to all volunteer, fun promotion staff and to Brent!!! It was a fun 50miles of Mt Biking. Ruby trail is really a fun trail.

That was a fun race. Too bad I flatted on the 4th lap but overall it was a good event. Look forward to it next year.

I kinda regret not doing this race... but at same time I spread myself too thin lately. Brent races are good for the Endurance soul.

The race was excellent! It was my first time at Ruby, and the trail offers plenty of challenging areas. Thanks TSB and Brent for putting on a great event at a great venue. I hope more people make it up there next year.

Brent - Will it be a double with Maybury next year (2013)? Would make it an overnight camping trip if it will be.
