I'm guessing the trails should be great. There was only 1-2" this past Sunday when it was still cold. Rode my 29+ with no issues....

I did not ride, but a friend did today. He said perfect. A bit leafy perhaps. Get out there. No snow on the trail.

Rode it this afternoon. Trail is in great shape. Kudos to everyone who takes care of the trail.

Does this trail have a set starting point (north or south of parking lot?) and set course direction (clockwise / counterclockwise)?

The trail can be accessed from both north and south of the parking lot off S. Clare Ave. It's setup to be ridden in either direction and the main trail, as well as the side loops, all flow great in either direction.

Perfect. Really like the design of the new black loop. Gonna be sweet as it buffs out a bit.

I've never seen any signs indicating it's rideable both ways, always started at the first parking lot off Clare Ave where there's a trailhead and everything seems to point to the trail on the north side of the parking lot as the start. It's never been overly active when I've been there so I don't see why it couldn't be ridden both directions but that's interesting to know.

FYI - all MMCC trails will be closed all day June 11th as they will be hosting the MUTT Ultra Team trail running race. Trails will be open on Sunday the 12th.
