Firearm season begins on this Saturday and continues to November 30th. Please be aware that while MMCC trails will remain open, there is adjacent private property next to the trails that is heavily hunted during this time.

We've temporarily closed off one section of trail that runs along private property during this time, but there are still a few areas where the trail comes close to private property on the blue trail between mile markers 5 to 7 that is not easily rerouted.

Please use common sense and be safe!

There's a pretty good size tree down on the Green loop, near the log stunt. Definitely going to need a chainsaw. Otherwise the trails are in great shape. Just a lot of leaves.

Anyone been out here recently? I'm curious how much ice/snow is on the trail. If there's not much I'm hoping to ride this weekend early in the morning while the ground is still frozen.

Hoping to get out there tomorrow to assess conditions. Was there on Monday, and still had a fair amount of snow in many sections.

Just finished riding at MMCC. 98% of the trail is clear and in great shape. There are long sections of snow on the Blue trail along Monroe Road and on the north sections of the Red trail. Most of these sections can be ridden through or around on Mtn bikes.

I'm wondering how the trail condition is today. Did it rain much yesterday? It's pretty wet in southeast this weekend. And I'm hoping I can find somewhere to ride.

Just finished riding 2 full laps at MMCC - unbelievably great shape. No mud anywhere!

Thank you again, shoffman! I had a great ride today. To return the favor, I made it sure to ride full two laps as well. :)

Rode Sunday afternoon. Some slick spots but generally fine. Nice job on the new to me roller coaster slalom section around 6-7 blue. This trail has flow!

Rode this trail twice in the last couple weeks. It is in great shape, with a few expected loose bits, which may be normal. Flow for dayz. At just over an hour from home, I think this one is going to make the regular rotation.
