Is there a weekly Maybury group ride?

I'm a newbie and interested in going to Maybury - would prefer to go with someone who knows the trail the first couple of times. I have looked for info about groups rides at Maybury but can't find anything.

Would also be happy meeting folks out there as well! Will need some planning as I live in Troy and work in Detroit (can always throw the bike into my car).

I believe the Tree Farmers used to do "Maybury Mondays", but I am unsure if that is still in the cards. Hopefully one of them will pipe up soon.

"Maybury Mondays" has been very inconsistent this year. Some weeks there's a ride when the stars align just right...

But, it's a small trail. You really can't end up sleeping in the woods overnight. Check this websites 'trails' section and there should be a posted map of the trail. You'll see a smaller winter loop, as well as the main loop. I usually do a half lap, hit the winter loop, and do that section of the trail again, then continue on past the winter loop take out, back to the trailhead - it's like 1.5 laps in a way. Good weekday distance/timewise.
