Farm's reported to be fairly wet from the recent rain, so we're not planning on doing the ride tonight.

They leave from the trailhead in the park. Not fast, more of a social ride. HTH

For what it's worth, there have been a number of complaints about out of control parking at 12 1/2 and Dixon. At times, cars have been parked blocking one of the road lanes or blocking the emergency access gate. The city is discussing posting 'no parking' signs in that area.

Made it out from Lansing for the group ride for the first time tonight. Only my second time there but this is becoming one of my favorite trails. Met some cool people and will hopefully be back next Tuesday. Hope the guy that crashed behind our group is ok, didn't catch his name.

I didn't realize that parking in front of the gate would cause some grief, but I guess it makes sense. Some signage to say no parking in front of the gate would be a good first step.

Hi all - Just wanted to give an update on my boyfriend that crashed last night on the ride. We went to DMC and found out he broke his collarbone. Lots of meds is helping ease the pain.

Thanks for all the help afterwards! Everyone was so nice and it was very much appreciated. Hopefully we'll be back in a few weeks.

I didn't witness it, but understand that it happened at the beginning of the 754 loop, just after the bridge.
