creek jump

Postby uncle jimmi » May 12th, 2008, 11:21 pm

Crobar came over and helped me finish one of the creek jumps.
Matt / crobar and I used my Mongoose Black Diamond Triple and Chicken Tender showed us how smooth it is on his GT Ruckus UF hard tail.
Measurements coming soon.

That's the new feature on the back side of the Island Lake Blue Loop. Thanks Uncle Jimmi!

Are there other features there that are freeridey like this? Never knew it was there, well I knew about island lake but not that it had anything like this. Only an hour twenty from me...might have to hit it this thursday if I don't hit the UofM DH trails.

I'll probably just admire this monster from the ground though unless someone leans some mattresses against the front of the landing, I don't feel like testing my helmet out on those logs LOL.

Sorry, Sean. Just my attempt at humor. You will certainly not find anything like this at Island Lake.

*beep*, I was getting all stoked up too. Is this up at Uncle Jimmi's? Where he built all that other crazy stuff?

Um, someone needs to give SE Mi some love damnit! I can help build on Wed Thurs and maybe Sun evenings.
