I was riding loop 4 at proud Lake yesterday up to Old Plank road and exited onto Old Plank . I noticed that the east end of the Kensington connector at Old Plank there was a new sign. HORSE TRAIL NO Bikes. Is this sign in the wrong place or is the hike and bike trail head in a new location?

That sign is Right. The new trail entrance is about 200 yds South , just before the curve in Old Plank Rd on the West side. You can also enter Proud Lake on the East side, just follow the trail up the hill onto Loop 4.
