Decided to hit up stoney today after class for a little ride with some friends. I get like .75 miles in and feel like throwing up only to realize I have nothing to throw up because I have had nothing to eat today. So I dry heaved for a couple minutes and kept going. Half way through the pines, I dry heave again. Get to the end of the pines, stop, rest, eat a clif bar and I am good to go. Or so I thought. On the way back to the parking lot we got the fast downhill than ends at 28? I grabbed a little too much rear brake and well, did a 25mph body slide for about 30ft. Twas awesome!
