WORMS!

Hundreds of them littered on the sidewalks here in Dearborn this morning. It shouldn't be terribly long now.

Forgive my ignorance, but why? Is it because the ground is thawing and getting closer to summer riding?

Basically, yes. If the worms can come up, the water can drain down. This is A Good Thing.

Ran over a big snake at Indian Springs last night... Didnt see him in time to swerve.. Another was dead on the trail. Worms, bullfrogs... Early spring!

Not terribly long now? *beep*, it IS now. PLRA postively rocked yesterday. It was sunny and 73 degrees with a dry-tacky trail that was as about as good as it gets (except for the tracks the mudder-rutters left behind). Reports from trails like Hickory Glen, Stony, Poto, Highland, MIlford, Island Lake, etc indicate they're ready to go too.

Stop looking at the worms and go ride, willya!
