Bloomer had a few moist spots but nothing to stop riding over. I still get turned around here, I try to follow the latest draft of the trail map but still left stopping at crossings and with all the *beep* rogue trails :? . Hoping to frequent more this year and get a solid loop figured out.

Dry.
Damp.
Bumpy.
Smooth.
Soft.
Firm.
With this much new singletrack, the conditions will be varied for a while now.

I really like the new entry / exit to the old climb next to the sledding hill...
The new mini tech loop was rolling nice today as well...

Nice job guys!

You missed bumpy with spotty moiusture leading to a dead end at some flags and a pond. Maybe that was just my route this afternoon though.

No, we we didn't miss that section. It reminded me too much of work to mention.....(Dead end....)

I rode Bloomer twice last week, and will tomorrow again. I enjoy the new additions, and was able to make a full lap with the yellow markers that were put out, (and the arrows on the ground.) Is the goal to make one consistent loop? If so I think a few more markers could be used. Who cut all of the new trails etc? I'd be willing to help mark some stuff additionally to help out others get a feel for the new loop. Also I heard mention of a new trail map, where would I find that?

Just finished a ride at Bloomer, was a good run! I finally have everything down I'm pretty sure. Just wondering why the tricky side hill loops, as well as the twisty downhill section aren't in it? (That one has a name, can't remember it off hand tho.) I figured out how to add them in easy enough, was just curious.

Overall good conditions out there. A short section of mud on the new singletrack around the cricket field.

Kinda bummed that the wicked fast section along the power lines is gone, but I love the new stuff being cut in around there. Always great to see new singletrack :D

Just out of curiosity, what is the distance for the "race loop" now, including the new additions (start, cricket field, replacement of powerline trail)?

I was curious on that too. Also I found some new trail still under construction with a decent bridge. Should be fun when it gets cut in! (Eliminates some of the powerline stuff that's in the open.)

Rode the new section last night with the bridge, awesome work our there guys! We love it!!

With all the high winds lately, surprisingly there were no downed tree's. Just a huge vine hanging in the trail back by the soccer fields that'll catch you off guard.

I just went out on Monday and rode the new section by the powerline and the complete loop with the upper and lower ridge, all of the switchbacks, stair climb was 6.5 miles. It is awesome out there now, I love the new additions. This latest board walk is sweet as it cuts out the creek crossing right after the powerlines.

So, has there or will there be any updates to the map or numbered signs on the trail? Just wondering I haven't been out there since Sept. Don't wanna have any issues riding backwards or miss any of the new stuff on the trail my mistake! :D

Derek and Dustin (Bloomer TCs) reported at the CRAMBA meeting on Tuesday that the signage is planned to be finished by the end of Sunday.

Bloomer is in Mid-summer condition right now. The newest complete loop is really coming-in nicely...
