Getting comfortable, waiting for a lawsuit when someone will get a heart attack trying to crank as many rides as possible. 
"Flow" is characteristic of the rider, not of the trail.

You're seeing it right unfortunately! You can send us the ride information @ any time. Even during the event! We can have it uploaded in minutes. When you get your team registered begin to let us know what rides you know you'll be on during the event (trail/ride name, distance, physical and technical difficulty)!
